Whose kitchen this is
We cook what we grew up eating, written down properly for the first time: Nanay’s adobo, the sinigang we made when it rained, pancit for every birthday. Two of us cook, one of us runs the room, and everything is meant to be put in the middle of the table and shared. Kilburn is home now, so this is where we cook it.
